The location was great with easy transportation access. The hotel's proximity to the train station was ideal for us. Parking facilities were available, and the breakfast service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised they offered us homemade products.
Nothing to be said.

Staff were helpful if you needed something
Non smoking room was obviously smoked in regularly, it stank of cigarettes and there was ash on the carpet

The location as I travelled by train.
La Signora of the hotel was very rough with us as we have given the wrong room by the receptionist. She took our belongings in a rough way while using verbal Italian words. Breakfast very poor. Shower door broken and exactly at 11.00 A.m she came to tell us that time was up., When the check out was between 11.00a.m to noon.

We had a pleasant stay at a historical hotel located conveniently near the train station. the staff was extremely hospitable, and the breakfast service was exceptional. the hotel offered private underground parking, and the bathroom and rooms were spacious and clean.
Some aspects of the hotel looked a bit worn out, such as the old carpets in the hallway and rooms.

We were pleasantly surprised by our hotel. the spacious and comfortable room had an old-fashioned charm to it. the location was convenient, near both train and bus stations, but still quiet. We didn't miss air conditioning even during warmer weather. the staff were friendly and helpful, always eager to provide assistance.

its old world ambience; its location opposite the railway station
the breakfast buffet could do with a face-lift

How close it was to the train station.
The internet was a joke, it did not work most of the time. Breakfast was insulting and not worth getting up for.

The proximity to both the train and bus stations is a major advantage for those looking to travel around.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were perfectly fine.

The location was OK, and the staff was very friendly. They had parking (with reservation) and internet for free.
Well, the carpet on the floor and the bathroom are at least 30 years-old (specially room 318 had a nasty moldy ceiling in the bathroom). I asked the lady at reception and she told me they are trying to restore the building (I had a look to some other rooms and in fact they had new bathrooms), but with the crisis... The breakfast nothing special.

The locatio is wonderful as it is near the railway station. But city center may be another option.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Udine. the location was absolutely ideal, being right next to the train station. It made getting around the city and exploring the nearby areas extremely convenient. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The rooms had an old-fashioned grand style, which added a charming touch to my stay. Despite the smaller shower and absence of air conditioning, the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the rooms were commendable. Lastly, breakfast was simple but served with enthusiasm, providing a good start to my day.
Everything was just fine.

Location was great as the hotel is just over the road from the train station. Staff were friendly and check in and out was very efficient. Hotel and rooms were clean and tidy.
We were told that breakfast was from 7 until 10. When arriving for breakfast at 9.15 the serving staff told us that breakfast had finished at 9. Only a sparse remainder of food was left although we did manage to get a coffee.

The lady that was at the front desk was so friendly and smiling, that after that nothing else mattered. The gentleman that was there after her was also very friendly.
For what I paid, everything was great.
